• This book is short, and may be read in less than twou hours, maybe less, but this doesn't reduce it's significance. Written by someone with experience both at the sharp and blunt end of operations, it brings you an "in your face" approach that forces you to ask yourself if you really take safety seriously. Since it won't take much of your time to read it, why not do it! The interesting, humorous way the auther takes on such an important subject only makes it more easy to understand that safety is acctualy something serious.
• Nothing too earth-shattering in this book, but it's great. It was nice to see in print the things I was thinking already and could pass along to my management team to hopefully get them to make safety a priority. There were a couple of things I'm taking from the book to use in our safety programs to get employee buy-in as well. A very quick read, and it gets printed on demand which is kinda cool too.
• The particular writing style of the autor took a sometimes troublesome topic and explain it in a simple and realistic way. A good easy language and not a technical jargon. As the author said this book is for everyone.

• This writer has a great sense of humor, so it's a funny book to read. But, he tells a serious story about what happened to him at work and what might happen to others on the job if safety is not a priority.
• Even though not in the industrial business, I can see this book being very helpful in the safety training process. It is easy and fun to read with great illustrations. Being able to learn about safety in the workplace, and even at home, in a fun and entertaining way should help people both learn and retain the information. Learning about safety need never be boring again. A great, fun read!
